Webshop orders

When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a price change, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Packages are delivered by Packeta Courier Service, and they are insured for 500€. Extra shipping insurance can be optionally purchased.
With Packeta, you have two delivery options: locker-box or home delivery. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery option and the country the order needs to be sent to. We charge a flat rate regardless of order value and size.
As soon as you enter your complete address during checkout, you will get the exact shipping cost.
Orders above €199 ship free (except exhaust headers/end cans, full exhaust systems and AlienTech Kess3 kits), so it’s worth adding some products to your cart until you reach this amount.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to ship your order as soon as we can.
Items that are in stock are sent the same day or the next morning.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify our customers when their order will be shipped.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will backorder it for you. You will always be emailed or called with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT Charges

All European customer orders are subject to VAT at the current rate. The prices shown on the website are without European VAT. VAT is added to the order total at checkout, depending on the destination country and its current VAT rate. We don’t affect this, as this is the actual European VAT regulation. Orders shipped outside the EU are exempt from VAT.

Credit Card Security

The Credit Card payment gateway is provided by Stripe/Revolut/PayU. When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website and are not retained by us.

Returns Policy

Distance Selling Regulations give EU customers the right to return any goods for a refund if they are not satisfied.
You must inform us in writing within 14 days & return the goods to us within 28 days. The goods must be unused and in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of goods specially ordered or modified.
We do not accept goods for return which have been specially ordered unless faulty.
N.B. We will not be liable for the cost of returning goods & it is the customer’s responsibility to provide proof of delivery if necessary.
